Convalescent care is offered to those who are being discharged from the hospital following an operation, treatment or medical care and are not yet ready, or in a position, to return home.

Each convalescent care provision is particular to the individual and through assessment, we can ensure that the individual will have fully regained their strength and confidence and be ready and comfortable with their independence back at home.

In order to assist this recovery process, and in line with assessed care needs, we can arrange for suitable visits from physiotherapy and osteopathy professionals. Convalescent care residents have the opportunity to enjoy all the benefits that the home has to offer.
